On Mon Terms. . .: August 2008

sitting at home. bored with nothing to do. i started reminissing on all the shit we had and did when we were younger.and even tho i am a big fan of what was produced in the 80s i would have to say the 90s was great. i remember when overalls and ralph lauren pollos and pig tales with the ribbons at the end was the thing to rock. the jordan craze? mannn those were the days. when a new pair of jordans came out every saturday.. and if u didnt have them on your feet that monday at skool you were considered a loser or an outcast. i remember playing lil sally walker and dr pepper at recess with all my friends who had the same idea in their heads. "boys had cooteys". after skool programs, playing tag, tether ball and cheering the boys on from the side lines of their skoolyard bball games. where did all the cool shit go?
mann me and my crew stayed with the now & laters, brown paper bags filled with mixtures of lemon heads,cherry heads,grape heads,and apple heads. the koolaid juices with the twistie tops in the plastic bottles, the hot fries and the laffy taffys. oooh and the chico sticks. man those were bomb as fuckkk!ha rememeber when girls had their high ponytails, huge hairballs, slouch socks and gold mickey mouse earrings? lmao. played with sidewalk chalk, hoola hoops and jump ropes? remember when it was cool to say u wanted to be a gangbanger, date one or was related to one? ahaha remember when everyone wanted to dance for tommy the clown or have him at their parties. wow elementry!....
middle skool. the times when kids parents finially started letting them hangout with their friends with out supervision. when everyone first got their cell phones. u either had a nokia or a boost chirpin it up. no lieeee! lol. when the bridge was poppin and all the boys thru on there freshes AIR FORCE ONES and throwback jerseys to impress the girlies. man i use to think anyone was cute then. lol. aaah rememeber when the 212 was THE PLACE to be? dude everyone was their with their babyphat, roca wear, echo, sean john, enyce! hahahaha damn. then there was those b2k days. when girls had their jumpsuits or airbrushed tees with their fav persons face from the group on the back.when eminem was the real slim shady and 50cent and t.i made tite songs. mannn me and my bestfriend went everywhere. we were never home. always out with our matching forever21 outfits and colorful chucks. lmao. we never told anyone the trueth about our age. we always said we were either a yr or 2 older then what we actually were. ha we were some highkey pimps back then had all the daddies paying for our shit.
